Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your REFY products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original REFY packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
